Revenues were $3.835 billion, up 17% sequentially from $3.28 billion and nearly flat from $3.828 billion year-earlier.
Net Income was $329 million, up 390% sequentially from $67 million and reversing a loss of $301 million year-earlier.
EPS (earnings per share) were $0.09, up from $0.02 in Q1 and reversing a loss of $0.09 year-earlier.
Cash and equivalents ended at $3.62 billion.

Full fiscal 2007 revenues were $13.9 billion, up from $13.1 billion in fiscal 2006. Net income for the full fiscal year also turned positive to $473 million.
Fiscal Q4 revenues included $2.49 billion product revenue and $1.34 services revenue.
Cost of sales was $2.02 billion. Gross margin was $1.81 billion. Operating expenses of $1.49 billion included R&D $514 million, SG&A $958 million, and $15 million restructuring and impairment. Operating profit was $325 million. Interest income $59 million. $56 million provision for income tax.
Inventories were $524 million; accounts receivable $2.96 billion; accounts payable $1.43 billion. Deferred revenues $2.1 billion.
Cah provided by operating activities was $958 million.
Long-term debt was $1.26 billion.
