HNSN

Hansen Medical to be Acquired for $4 per share by Auris Surgical Robotics [April 20, 2016]

So I sold my HNSN and will no longer provide coverage.

On April 1, 2016 Hansen filed a revised 10-Q with the SEC to add a $15 million non-cash charge for Q2 2015, "attributable to the deemed dividend on the conversion of Series A convertible preferred stock which occurred on May 12, 2015." The document is available at the Hansen Medical web site and other places SEC documents can be found.
